Our photoshoot begins long before we actually start taking pictures! I’ll help you choose the perfect location, plan outfits, and take care of little details like parking—so you can feel relaxed and stress-free during the actual session.

Want to inquire about a shoot? I have a quick form for you to fill out—it asks about your preferred dates, location, number of people, and a few other details.
Once you get in touch, we’ll go over all the details of your photoshoot — whether by email, phone, or text, whichever works best for you.
PLANNING YOUR PHOTO SHOOT
During our initial conversation, we’ll chat about what you’re looking for, your preferred location, and set a date for your session. Once everything is confirmed, I’ll send over a contract. After I receive the signed agreement and retainer fee (a non‑refundable 20% deposit), your booking will be official!
Then, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to better understand your vision, ensure we’re on the same page, and help make your session absolutely perfect.
I’ll also help guide you through outfit choices and offer suggestions to make sure everyone looks and feels great.
A few days before your shoot, I’ll touch base to confirm the timing and meeting location. I typically shoot during the hour before sunset—also known as Golden Hour—so the exact time may vary depending on the season and weather.
During your SESSION
I will meet you in the parking lot at the location and walk with you to the exact spot.
We’ll start with traditional poses and then move on to candid shots. Essentially, my goal is to capture a great mix of both posed and natural images.
DELIVERING YOUR GALLERY
Photos are delivered via Pixieset , which is an online gallery system. You will be able to download the entire gallery onto your computer or save photos (one at a time) to your phone.

FAQ
What should I wear?
A simple rule is to wear something you usually wear but a little fancier! Photographs will turn out more harmonious if your family wears similar styles, colors, or patterns.
I suggest making sure your family leaves items like phones, sunglasses, and keys with me or in a safe place rather than in their pockets. Neon colors often do not photograph well.
You’ll also receive a PDF style guide when you book with me.
Can I get the RAW files/all of the photos?
I only deliver photos that are representative of my work. I do not provide “all” photos, nor do I give out unedited RAW files. I see no reason to include almost identical photos where one has an eye shut, for example. Additionally, I do not send "bad" photos with poor lighting; I simply remove those from the disk.
During the session, I usually show you our current photographs, so we can choose the best ones together.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Within 1 or 2 weeks after our session.
How will my photos be delivered?

Can we customize our photography package?
Absolutely! I’m happy to create a package tailored to your vision and needs.
